  1. The/This car is too old to drive.
  1. My jacket is too small to wear any more.

  • 子句。
  • 沒有。
  1. The water is so dirty that we can't drink it.

  1. He is so surprised that he can't believe it.
  1. This/The test is so hard for me that I can't get good grades/marks.
  1. Taipei is so big/large that we can't find him.
  • enough 前所接的形容詞,是 too 後所接形容詞的相反詞。
  • 在兩句的代換中,因 ... enough to ... 句型中,所使用的形容詞是相反詞,故有加 not。
  • 不定詞。

間接問句的用法: 想想看一:合併下列各句。

He doesn't know where he can go. 或 He didn't know where he could go.

2. 你記得她幾歲嗎?

Do you remember how old she is? 3. 告訴我們那場籃球比賽怎樣了。

Tell us how that/the basketball game is.

4. John問他的哥哥為何他拿走了他的眼鏡。

John asks his brother why he takes/took away his glasses.

5. 她有沒有說她何時要來?

Did/Does she say when she will come?

6. 我不知道父親是否要和我們一起踢足球。

I don't know if/whether Father will play soccer with us.

7. 你知道誰會在正確的時間到來?

Do you know who will arrive at the right time?

反身代名詞: 想想看一:從上表中,你是否發現到,「複數」的反身代名詞的共同字尾是什麼?
