東滿步道是往來於東眼山與滿月圓兩處國家森林遊樂區之間的健行路徑，自海拔870M的東眼山林道終點開始，越過北插天山與東眼山間海拔1,130M的鞍部，再直下往海拔500M的滿月圓瀑布區。東滿步道的最高點海拔1,130公尺，是復興鄉與三峽區的縣界，自此為連續陡下的木棧道，直到過了5K處；往6K的山澗小瀑是登山客稱之「水源地」，附近的開闊地是登山客駐足休憩處；7.36K處的木棧橋頭即接滿月圓國家森林遊樂區步道。
